Description:

The Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Laurier and the Cheriton School of Computer Science at UWaterloo have teamed up to offer a powerhouse double-degree program. Explore every facet of business—accounting, finance, marketing, human resources and more—while also mastering computer programming, software engineering, algorithms, data structures and the social implications of computing.

    Ontario High School Admission Requirements

    • Average admission range: mid 90s
    • English at 80%
    • Advanced Functions at 90%
    • Calculus and Vectors at 90%
    • All prerequisite courses calculated in admissions average

    Students applying to this program from an international curriculum must present the following:

    • Average admission range: mid 90s
    • Senior or grade 12 English at 80%
    • Senior or grade 12 Mathematics covering algebra, trigonometry and functions at 90%
    • A second senior or grade 12 Mathematics course at 90% is required for some curriculums

    Additional Admission Requirements:

      Transfer students are eligible for the Wilfrid Laurier University-only double degree programs. They are ineligible for admission to the Wilfrid Laurier University and University of Waterloo (UW) double degree programs. You must be attending postsecondary for the first time to be eligible for admission to the double degree programs with UW.


      "How Can I Transfer into Business Administration?"

      If you've completed studies at another college or university, you may be eligible to transfer into Laurier's Business Administration (BBA) program. Because this program is considered competitive, it requires outstanding academic achievement in college courses and the required high school courses. Space for transfer students is subject to availability based on the number and calibre of applicants.

      Transfer students will be admitted to first-year regardless of transfer credits awarded. Students who have completed or will be completing 7.5 or more attempted credits at other instiutions will not be considered for admission to this program.
